Elon Musk Highlights Concerns over Nvidia Deal

Elon Musk has indicated major concern regarding competition over Nvidia Corp’s purchase of British chip designer Arm.

Amazon and Samsung Electronics have submitted complaints to the U.S authorities about the deal. Nvidia is facing backlash and opposition from a number of rivals.

Tesla, Samsung and Amazon have refused to further comment on the situation. Nvidia will require European Union antitrust approval to continue with the $54 billion purchase of Arm. The sale is to be carried out next month where regulators will be conducting an investigation after the preliminary review.
