UAE is Still the Most Vaccinated country in the World; EXPO 2020 to Launch on Friday

The United Arab Emirates is still the most vaccinated country on the planet when it comes to the COVID-19 jab. In the most recent data available, there is 93.3% of the population of the Emirates received their first dose. Another good news is that the much awaited EXPO 2020 Dubai which was postponed last year is finally launching this coming Friday on Oct 1, 2021.
The news comes on the data from the FT Visual & Data Journalism team as the vaccine tracker data revealed that 93.3 percent of the some 9.7 million residents in the UAE have received their first dose.
As of the available data, more than 19.8 Million Doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been given since December when the drive to vaccinate the country began.
Currently some 82.6 Percent of the UAE population is fully inoculated. We can say that the country is really ready for the launch of the EXPO 2020 Dubai this week.
The Expo 2020 Dubai will be participated by 192 Countries. The main site of Expo 2020 Dubai will be a 438-hectare area (1083 acres) located between the cities of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, near Dubai's southern border with Abu Dhabi.
