Betty White’s Agent Refutes Claims that Actress Died of COVID-19 Booster Shot Complications

Legendary actress Betty White died of natural causes on the morning of December 31st, 2021, leading to an outpouring of tributes from a legion of celebrities and fans alike.

However, while fans continue to mourn the passing of the much-loved Hollywood actress who would have celebrated her 100th birthday on January 17th this year, many false claims have been made in the wake of her death that allege that she succumbed to complications resulting from the COVID-19 booster shot.

Refuting such spurious reports, White’s agent and friend Jeff Witjas clarified that the Golden Girls legend never got her booster shot, adding that

“her death should not be politicized — that is not the life she lived."
