Jen Psaki, White House Press secretary said the president has the intention to run again upon being asked about future political plans. The emphasis on participating in the 2024 elections was being made to address concerns about his age and health issues.

According to a Quinnipiac University poll, Biden has an approval rating of only 36%. This number remains to be one of the lowest ever recorded in the history of U.S politics.

President Joe Biden’s popularity has been on the decline for months due to economic factors and political upheavals. The President will be turning 79 soon, making him the oldest president to date.

However, Joe Biden’s re-election cannot confirm VP Kamala Harris’s re-endorsement. Upon being asked if Kamala Harris will take the position automatically if Joe Biden Succeeds for another term, Jen Psaki said,

“I don’t have any predictions of whether she will run, when she will run. I will leave that to her.
