Music’s biggest awards show is set to honor notable figures in the industry including Olivia Rodrigo, Tony Bennett, Jon Batiste, and Lil Nas X this year. The event, which will be broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena, is set to be hosted by comedian and TV show host Trevor Noah.
Omicron cases have been rapidly spreading in the U.S. and across the world since late last year, with officials warning that the surge is yet to peak in the country. This follows a repeat of last year as the 2021 Grammy Awards ceremony also had to be moved to a later date due to the pandemic.
