‘Scream’, which is a remake of the 1996 original, stars Courtney Cox, David Arquette, Dylan Minnette, and Jenna Ortega. The film has been performing well since its release over the Martin Luther King Jr. holiday weekend in the U.S. It has been hailed as the first box office hit in the country in more than a year, hampered by surging cases of COVID-19 in the U.S. and the world at large.

‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’, starring Tom Holland, Zendaya, Tobey Maguire and Andrew Garfield, has dropped to the second place with fifth week earnings of $20.8 million.
