Ronaldo-Endorsed Secret Football App Gathers New Team

The Index Today

ZujuGP, which is mysterious tycoon Peter Lim’s latest venture headed by his son and endorsed by football star Cristiano Ronaldo, is reportedly assembling a team of new employees from a startup company to develop the app’s framework.

According to Bloomberg News, ZujuGP, which is a virtual football community, will have 14 new members from Tokigames to oversee the technical wing of the app, ZujuDigital, including the creation of new features and updates under the guidance of co-founder Mervyn Lau, ahead of the company’s fourth quarter inauguration.

ZujuDigital is aimed at facilitating fan engagement and business within the app while allowing users to watch live games, purchase merchandise, and take part in trivia shows as well as interacting with football players and hosts. The app also intends to make it easier for football agents and scouts to look for new talent on the platform.
